We provide remote desktop assistance
At times, sgDomain Staff may require to remotely access your machine to help you troubleshoot, we use TeamViewer software to provide remote desktop access.
Download for Windows/Mac and run the application
Let us know your ID Number and Password
Step 2 - Let us know your ID # & Password
Once you have downloaded the TeamViewer application, inform our SuperSupport Staff of your “ID” and “Password” (highlighted in orange in the picture on the left). We will then be able to help you troubleshoot the issue remotely, as if we’re sitting beside you. Once you close the application, sgDomain will no longer have access.
