Billing Schedule for Shared
Hosting Account
Invoices for shared hosting accounts are generated and processed on the
first of the month. Therefore your first payment will include
- Pro-rated amount (based on 28 days) for the current month.
- Amount for the next billing cycle.
Registrar Transfer (.com,
.net, .org, .info, .biz)
If you wish to transfer the registrar of your domain name to us i.e. you
wish to renew your domain name through sgDomain, please note the following
- Please ensure that the administrative email address of the domain
name you are transferring to us is current. You may check the current
email address listed for your domain name by clicking
here. Your current email address MUST be listed in the administrative
section.
- We will NOT transfer any domain names that have expired or are expiring
within the next 7 days.
- All .info and .biz domain names require an authentication code when
performing registrar transfers. You must obtain the anauthentication
code from your current registrar (where the domain name is currently
registered) and email it to us at nic@sgdomain.com.
- We cannot transfer domain names that are less than 60 days old. If
you registered your domain name within the last 60 days, please wait
until after 60 days before requesting a transfer to us.
- Please contact your registrar and ensure that no holds or locks are
applied on your domain name. Some registrars have a "lock"
feature which will automatically reject any transfer requests, regardless
of who is requesting for the transfer.
